I ingested monosodium glutamate and feel sick. It's been one day and I still feel the effects. When will it get out of my system? Is there anything I can do to get it out faster?

24-72 hours in your system
14-21 days in your urine stream
21-60 days in your blood
60-120 days in your hair (depending on how much you cut/color your hair)

People ingest MSGs all the time. If you feel sick its because you ate too much. It will take a little while for the food to digest, but you'll be fine.
