Yes. You can to get inet access pretty much Thai wide these days. This is a border crossing for people going to Angkor Wat. It's not that remote. Don't expect Starbucks and wi fi though.

I don't ever remember seeing any internet shops at the border but surely in Aranyapathet there must be several as they seem to be in every city that I have been in Thailand..
