Fiction series - can't find a good one!?

I like the idea of reading a novel series, but I don't like science fiction or fantasy novels and that's all I've found. Does anyone know of any good fiction series to read?

I love reading series! You can find really good mysteries...classic ones like the Alphabet series by Sue Grafton (Starts with A is for Alibi, and I think she's up to S now,) and the Kay Scarpetta series by Patricia Cornwell. Mysteries that'll make you laugh out loud include the Numbers series by Janet Evanovich (Starts with One for the Money) She also writes a series of light romantic novels as well with the word "Full" in the title.
If you want to delve into graphic novels, there are some that AREN'T sci-fi or fantasy....check out the Palomar series by Jaime Hernandez (ok, there's some magical realism, but it IS set in Mexico) and the Locas by Gilbert Hernandez. Enjoy!
