I wonder why God chose to send His Son, Jesus with His Message into the Middle East, and not to another contenent where pagan religions and spiritualities were more prevailent.

It seems odd that Adam and Eve ate from the Tree of Knowledge and Christ is born into the "civilized world." Not, primative and pagan locations. What's your take on this?

My on and off boyfriend of 3 years and I don't seem to able to make it work no matter what we do.We're so in-love but when we're together all we do is fight, insult each other and yell and it's killing me because when he's with someone else all I want to do is be with him and he claims to feel the same.We're always there for each other when it comes down to it no questions asked but how can we make this work?How can two people so in-love and so deeply connected have such trouble making it work?It's like I don't want him in my life but at the same time the thought of being without him kills me.We've both done a lot we're no proud of the last few year but we have a mutual understanding where we forgive and try to forget.At the end of the day all I want to do is hear his voice on the line or lie next to him and I just need so advice or how to make this relationship work.Please help.

For example, when I press Ctrl-Alt-Del in my Win XP machine and go to the processes tab, I see a list of processes that currently run in the background. In this list you can see the CPU and memory that they consume currently.
But, if you sum up all this memory from current processes, this does not usually exceeds 100-200MB. On the other hand the pagefile size could be 600-700MB at the same time.

Why there is such a big difference? How can I reduce the size of the pagefile in Win XP?
