My son has this problem too! He is 17. I have him take plain old vaseline and put a thick coat of it on his feet and cover with plain white sport socks. Before he goes to bed. When he gets up in the morning, they are soft and no longer cracked or peeling. Have you been tested for diabetes? Sometimes that is a sign. Good luck!
