when I click on my computer I can't see all those card readers, I need it to see my pictures on the PC, my computer is a Balance desktop

those icons show up under my computer where the c: and d: are,,

Most card readers need specific drivers installed at the administrative level. Do that and it should show up. Some will only be visible upon insertion of the media and once the files (Pictures) are transferred to the destination folder, the media can be removed and the device will "disappear". Then you can view the pictures.

Is your card reader connected via USB?. If so, re-install driver.
