when we go on walks she has started to cough alot and when we get back home she coughs for about an hour then is fine the rest of the night. When she coughs its almost as though she is choking and sometimes she actually gets sick....if its not allergies what else could it be?

My friend has liked this one guy for almost 2 or so years. Well recently this other guy she liked asked her to be his girlfriend and she said yes. They have only been together for a week. Just yesterday the guy she has liked for 2 years asked her out, she hasnt answered yet and she doesnt know what to say. But this guy is one of those who when you really like him he doesnt like you, then when you give up he likes you. So what should she do?
