Do you shave your legs? And too, what line of work are you in? If you are a construction worker, definitely slacks. If you work in an office wear a skirt, or capri's, what ever you are comfortable in. I'm not sure slacks are as comfortable trying to hide willy. But go with what is most comfortable to YOU!!

It depends how open you wish to be. If you feel you need to be flambouyant and really enjoy ur dressing , i would go for the skirt, however if yu still need to be less conspictuous, then go for the slacks.
It may also depend on what else you are wearing too or how you are wearing it. What jewlery, make up, heels hose etc, and also consider the type of workplace you are, some places slacks may be more appropriate to skirt.
If you wear a skirt, make sure your legs look nice, well shaved and good to look at
go by how you feel but also ask someone whose judgement you trust for their opinion.
best of luck

Do people see you as a man or a woman at work? You do not want to confuse them, so make a choice and go with it. If they are OK with your trans gender style, then have fun and live it up, depending on what field of work you are in. If you are a teacher or something in the public I would go with the man thing, because that is less up keep than being a woman--plus your voice and all and shaving!!!!

Do you have nice legs? Then a skirt definitely. If not then slacks may be less of a problem. Be who you are brother/sister and don't let anyone tell you otherwise, OK?

Depends on what your line of work is. If you are a cross dresser for work then wear a skirt.

Definitely slacks.
But if you work in a bar or Las Vegas, then go with the skirt.

I and almost all other employers would immediately fire you for wearing a skirt to work. Quite frankly, I'd fire you if I just found out about this behavior of yours.

I doubt that this is a serious question, but if it is.....
Be sure that you look genuine and business-like no matter how you decide to dress. You don't want to confuse people, and you'll want them to take your opinions and work seriously. The less cognitive dissonance produced, the better.
