My wife and I are in the processing of divorcing after being together for 18-years (married for 16 - two children). We had an unpleasant marriage for most of those years mostly because we didn't get along even though we loved each other and had a great sex life: the main problem was that our lifestyle values were very different and that we were not respectful or considerate toward each other.

Now the marriage vows state - "For better or worst, in sickness and in health, till death due us part." If you marry before God and make a promise to your spouse to live according to those vows, at what point does that promise lose its meaning? Aren't a couple supposed to work together to solve all problems? To me the vows are more as follows in actuality: " For better (90%) or worst (10%); for richer (60%) or poorer(40%); in sickness (5%) and health (95%); till death due us part (0%). What do you think?

There is a vaccine for cervical cancer that is going through approval so far it has a 100% success rate. Conservatives are opposed to it because they say it will promote teenage sex. How many people even knew that Cervical Cancer was a potentially sexually transmitted and this still screws the people that get it through heredity.
I also have met a woman whose husband cheated on her and gave it to her does she deserve to die because of the Conservatives views.

My openly gay friend had a team of documentary people follow after him today to show there are some openly gay people out there. He told them I was bisexual & they asked me if it were true. I told them 'Yeah, but I'm crazy in love with a male right now.' I was sharing the crazy event with my boyfriend when he flipped out again. He askes me to drop the bi act, says I only do it for attention. He asked me how I qualify as bi & I told him I've been with females. He says people come up to him or he hears people say 'Yeah his girlfriend's bi' and it pisses him off. Why is that? He says I'm really just playing around, and I don't like that. I told him when he asked me to drop it, "No because I don't fancy the fact what I am is an act to you. I can't understand how you can tell me what's an act." He askes why I have to represent myself as bi, like I parade around shouting 'Hey I'm bi, lets have threesomes'. I love him like hell, but can I really just stop being bisexual because I'm with him?

remembering where I parked my car,. I finally found it unlocked the door and was on my way home. I had a lot on my mind, pulled up at home ran inside made dinner for the family. okay yesterday all of a sudden my ex appears i knew he was bak from iraq so i tryed to avoid him as much as possible but then all of a sudden i get a strange number on my phone i aswer it it was him he said " hey let me speak to your mother" no hi to me or saying how am i doing it was like **** me u know and then she talks to him and then he comes by our house later on talking to my mother ignoring me now and then he trys to alk to me i dont say anything at all i mean i havent talked to u in 2 years here u come disrepecting on my phone asking me to give my phone to myh mother i means its my phone u speak to owner first was i right or wrong on this?>

I'm from New York and it's pretty liberal down here, but I'm not sure New York counts for the rest of the world (or the Yahoo! World in this case) so what's your answer?

And please don't leave a scathing remark listing all the reasons why Asian guys stink, lol, no need we all know em unless you're an expert of course.

And don't bring up the penis issue because that's greatly exaggerated, I'll vouch for that :)

My dh has two kids (6&8) from lst marriage. They are gonna be in my house soon. I'm gonna meet them the very first time. The point it they have no idea their parents have been divorced, needless to say about their daddy's remarriage. My dh has been afraid of telling his ex about his remarriage. He's been afraid that his ex will use his kids to againist him. His ex is very hostile woman. Now the cat is coming out of the bag very soon. Once the kids see me, there is no way he can hide from his ex anymore. I don't know what to do when I see his kids.. We don't have any kids ourselves. These kids have been brainwashed by their mother. Once their mom finds out our marriage, it's gonna be a diaster. I'm getting neverous and worried. Whenever I talked to my dh about his ex, he got pissed. He would tell me he knows the time when he should tell his ex about marriage.. Well.. ... I really don't like to be "stepmother"... ...Any advise or personal experience is appreicated..

I mean really, at least Chevy has some style to them. The Toyotas are the best though. What do you think? I have owned Chevys and never had any trouble with any of them. But they were the 2 ton that pulled a horse trailer across country. My 91 ranch pick-up is still going strong.
