Yeah, I'm really good as messing up my words! lol It can be so frustrating sometimes but it really doesn't bother me. I have a weak voice, it's often difficult to pronounce words clearly, and I usually just don't have that much to say so I probably come accross as less intelligent or shy but people who take the time to get to know me find out otherwise. There are other things that I am good at and I'm sure the same is for you. Don't let it get to you - it's part of what makes you unique and yourself!

I have this thing where I can't engage in academic debates in real conversation but put me infront of a computer and I can debate with the best of em, we're all just a little bit different thats all.

There are numerous disorders out there that sound just like what your describing. The best thing to do, is to schedule an appointment with a doctor to figure out what's going on, and what the best plan of action is for you, in fighting this disorder.

have your hearing checked and see a speech theripist if your hearing is ok.

you may just have something called a cleft palet- if you can't stick your tongue out more than about 1/4 inch from your mouth then you may need your tongue clipped underneath where the muscle connects to the skin... if it is too tight it can cause speech problems beyond your control. see your dr about that.

You could have a speech problem, you could get it checked out with a doctor. You can get speech therapy to fix it.( if it is a speech problem)

Maybe you can go to your physician and have him refer you to a speech specialist. Best wishes though, I hope you overcome this.
