I weighed myself today and have gained 15 lbs in 2.5 months... That was the final straw---- rediculous!! I know its from stress and eating on the go and I ammaking my new years resolution to be healthy and I am going to do it!! I ordered the turbo jam maximum results, and bought the alli starter pack... Now, I plan on walking my dog for 30 minutes three times a week, and doing the turbo jam at least twice a week...
I'm thinking that is a great start but the food is what screws me over.. Is this good?
For Breakfast---
An orange and a sugar free carnation instant breakfast for the calcium or a bowl of special k w/ skim milk and an orange
Snack-??
Lunch-Turkey sub and what? I have to keep my fat intake at >15g a meal
Snack?
Dinner- Soup or what?

Also, I work at a smoothie shop and we sell fresh smoothies... Would it be okay to get a smoothie as one of my snacks at 200-300 calories or is that just too much?

I'm 13. And on my second period. It wasn't heavy last time. But this time its reaally heavy.
Examples:

I had a pad on for like an hour. I bled through it. Onto my pants.

I've bloodstained like three pairs of underwear today.
And two pairs of pants.

Now I'm going to the potty room like every 10-20 minutes because I feel reaallyy wet. And sure enough I am.

Now I'm using two pads to make a long one because it usually comes through the back or front not in the middle.

And I'm not wearing skimpy pads. I'm wearing always maxi pads. MAXI PADS.

Can anyone suggest anything that will make me feel better? Or like? Idk. But this is making me maaaddd!

In a relationship of about 15 months, last month my missus developed feelings for one of her friends, due mainly to his extreme feelings for her, and the fact he was always trying to see her. He told her he liked her, and kissed her. Long story short, I made her choose and she wants to stay with me, but still be friends with this guy.
She's overseas for two months, returns next month. I know its not cool, but I read some of her emails from this guy and he admits he still wants to go out with her, and he'll 'wait'. She has lied to me over some insignificant things as well, like telling me she's only called me from overseas, and he isn't interested in her anymore when I know from emails she has called him twice.. etc.
I feel that allowing them to be friends like this, slightly flirty, the same problem will just arise again, but is it fair for me to dictate who she can be friends with ? Of course not. Is it fair to break up with her because I feel she'll just hurt me again ?

... is it just for showing purposes? We met a miniature Yorkshire Terrier puppy today - and the adopting couple told us that the breeder had already docked the tail. Why? I don't get it. The dog is just going to live in their house - and be a dog. If a tail is set to grow a certain length - isn't it best to just leave it that way? Are dog shows kind of like beauty pageants for dogs? Shouldn't the breed be seen as it was meant to be? (like with a long tail and floppy ears - if that's what it naturally has). If not - then what's the reason behind the cropping and docking? I really want to understand this - so any insight you could provide would be great.

ok i want to give my grandchild $120,000 but i dont want to pay the gift tax (who does?)

is this legal: can 10 of my familiy members plus my grandchild and me go to a bank where i give each of the 10 a check for $12,000. then they turn around and sign the check over to my grand child. now we all avoid the gift tax.

i know the spirit of the law. and this is kind of an abuse of the "letter of the law", but the letter of the law seems to alow for this. will I (we) get in trouble?
