As of now (wee hours of New Year's morning), it's 41. From January 1 to February 1 is 31 days, and from February 1 to February 11 is 10.

Test your answer: Before midnight, when it was December 31, the answer was 42, which is divisible by 7, the number of dsya in a week. Therefore February 11 should also be a Monday. Look on the calendar. (The 2008 calendar, not 2007!) Is it?
