I am going to America for 3 weeks on Saturday. I understand we don't need a visa beforehand, as we can just fill out the one on the plane, but we plan to go to Niagara for 1 day, do we need a special visa for that? Or, is it possible to 'do the falls' from the American side?

Thanks!

Jenni

My husband's company is transferring him to Fort Collins from north Georgia in the summer of 2008. I know it was voted the best place to live by money magazine, so I though it sounded good. I am in my 30's and love the outdoors, my husband is in his 40's and also loves the outdoors and especially flyfishing. When we move our daughter will be 3 and our son will be 14. Any and All comments, advice, must do, must avoids, etc. from people who know about Fort Collins will be greatly appreciated

I have been looking from Santa Monica to Long Beach and anywhere in between. I've heard E. LA, W. Hollywood, Echo Park, Silver Lake, Los Feliz. Looking for a 2BR apt. around $1800 or less, but in an area that is easy to find jobs and fun for someone in their upper 20's. Any advice on anything in California would be great!!! I, myself, have never been there. I have an awesome resume and cover letter, any help there would be fantastic also!

I am interested in seeing the city, but since I will be there only a couple of days, would like someplace that I can walk around by myself. I was thinking of the Garden District, but since I have never been there, I don't know where is a good place to stay. I'm not necessarily interested in the bar scene, more the historical aspects of the city.
