I'm a 17 year old filipino student who would want to have a united states tourist visa.I want to know what are its requirements to have the tourist visa.Will i encounter difficulties in getting it since i'm still undergrad?..If i could have it, how much would be money in filipino peso that's needed in going to the U.S?...lastly, how long does it take for me to finally have it?

Not white. Living in this city for only a few months, I am so sick of the constant staring and the assumptions. This is one of the more racially and class divided cities I've ever lived in. It's as if they have never seen an African-American professional in their lives. Anyone care to share any thoughts? Are you experiencing similar things? Or do you love Naples and why?

While driving East on I-90 out of Seattle I passed a convoy of RIGHT HAND drive army green vehicles. They were being escorted by Washington State Patrol cars at both ends. They were being driven by civilians. These vehicles were also brand new and had long rectangular licence plates - white with black lettering. Why were they going east and where were they going?
