Its going to be my friends 15th birthday and we wanna make it a blast! My other friend and I are going to kidnap her (with her parents aware) and take her out on the town. We have a couple of ideas of what we'd like to do but nothing really good. Can you please give us some ideas of things to do. We can drive and have money we just need something crazy and fun to do (legal tho). It has to be in phx or in the surrounding cities like: mesa, glendale, tempe etc... Help please.
