My brother and I had a bb-gun fight when we were younger. I was hiding behind a tree and he nailed a piece of my arm that was sticking out...he took off on the four wheeler and I nailed him in the leg as he took off....we had some nice bruises after that day...lol. (kids don't try this at home...were trained professionals!)

My in-laws live in Compton and we've never been shot at.. However, my father in law has been shot, and it wasn't pretty.
