We've tried a good portion of the restaurants in Disney but I would like to know some other peoples favorites. Any restaurant recommendations for two single 20-something gals with no kids?

Terrific question! When I worked at Walt Disney World as a Cast Member, I had a goal to try every restaurant in each country at EPCOT. Suprisingly enough, I didn't gain weight! Must have been all that walking around. I didn't complete my goal. I've never eaten in France or Canada. But I tried everything else and in other parks. Here are my favorites:
EPCOT:
Alfredo's in Italy: watch pasta being made and taste the best fettucini Alfredo you've ever tasted in a beautiful atmosphere
The Japanese Restaurant: Japan -- great sushi and if you enjoy your meal in the lounge area, you have perfect seats for the parade
Living Seas: very gourmet and a bit pricey. But the butter molds made to look like fish and the huge aquarium right next to you, make the experience worth it
I don't recommend any restaurants in any of the other parks. The hotels are the best places to get food! Get your hands stamped and head out for a terrific meal (with the exception of prime time cafe, listed below)!
Bomas at Animal Kingdom Lodge: This all-you-can eat buffet is truly something different! Food from Africa and other Pacific Rim countries come together in this fabulous restaurant-- my absolute favorite!
Wolfgang Puck Cafe - Downtown Disney - they have an amazing pumpkin raviolli that you must try and a sushi bar downstairs--very new age/modern decor
Gloria Estefan's Bongos - Downtown Disney: Cuban food at its best and dancing every night
Disney's Spirit of Aloha Show at the Polynesian Resort: Enjoy course after course of fabulous food and watch Polynesian dancers shake their hips! Located across Bay Lake from the Magic Kingdom, they pause the show to watch Magic Kingdom's fireworks!
50's Prime Time Cafe - Disney MGM Studios
Feel like you just walked into your aunt's home.... seriously. And the waitresses and waiters are like.... well, family... literally. Don't put those elbows on the table and say please and thank you! Get their peanut butter and jelly shake to go after your meal... you'll be glad you did!
Even though you're two young 20-somethings, as am I, a Character dining meal is still a lot of fun! Try 1900 Park Fair, located inside the Grand Floridian Resort, first level. Its is an all-you-can-eat buffet and characters will stop by your table to say hello and snap photos, if you like.

My current favorite restaurant at WDW is Narcoossee's at the Grand Floridian Resort. I always stay at the Polynesian Resort, so it's a nice walk over. The atmosphere is beautiful and the food is incredible. The service was even beyond typical Disney, it was perfect. At night you can watch the Wishes fireworks from your table while eating, and the music is piped into the restaurant live from the Magic Kingdom.
I also like Tony's Town Square at the Magic Kingdom. Awesome Italian food, and the Lady & the Tramp theme is adorable, just from the movie. The meal begins perfectly with the bread they serve, and ends perfectly with the best Tiramisu you'll ever try!
The Spirit Of Aloha Dinner Show (Polynesian Luau) is also great. Food and fun entertainment. And it's at my favorite Resort, the Polynesian.
I love dining at restaurants at the different Resorts. It's fun to walk around and see each of the Disney Resorts because they all have their own special theme, and the restaurants are usually themed with the Resort it's in.
You've dined at Disney before, so you know you really can't go wrong. Walt Disney World prides itself on its food and restaurants.

Pay attention as you will need to know that the best 20 something restaurant in the World, in my opinion, just might be the Rose and Corwn Pub at Epcot. You can saddle up at the bar without waiting for a table and have many good varieties of beer. If you wish, you can then sneak out to the patio and be able to see Illuminations without having to fight the crowds...then you may go back to putting down your half yard of honest to goodness beer. The food is good pub grub...ask for the dessert menu, as you'll be surprised.
I now have a two year old but still manage to get there everytime our family visits...you'll like it, for sure.

In Disney World, wow, hard question to answer. Most of the restaurants have good food. Especially the countries in Epcot.

My husband and I enjoy O'hanas at the Polynesian hotel. With tax/tip its about $30 but its an all you can eat Polynesian style food. It is worth it if you like meat like shrimp, steak, turkey, pork and chicken. Its a fun place and we always take our friends when we go.
For a really nice meal we like the French restaurant at Epcot. The food is amazing and its just like going to a parisian cafe (based on our last trip to Paris!).
For a fun time, try the Cinderella Castle at Magic Kingdom. You get to be a kid again and meet Cindy. Its a bit pricey but if you have the money and want to splurge, its a nice treat.
A favorite of mine is the Prime Time Cafe in MGM. Its fun, light hearted and great comfort food.

If you love ice cream you have to check out "Beaches and Cream" at Disney's Beach Club. They have a kitchen sink which is an actual bowl shaped like a kitchen sink that is loaded with ice cream (and I mean load) and bananas and brownies and a whole can a whipped cream and so on (It's worth it!!!).
I also like the 50s Prime Time Cafe at MGM and I've always wanted to check out the restaurant at the Living Seas at Epcot.

There are two places that I thoroughly enjoyed: Citricos at the Grand Floridian Resort and Biergarten Restaurant in the Germany Pavilion of Epcot.

None. The best food at Disney are the turkey Legs and the hot dogs, don't try any restaurant.

You've probably been to the Coral Reef Cafe in Epcot, but it's great. I haven't been to Pleasure Island since I had kids, but I know they've got good places.
