So a friend of mine is coming to NYC from Belgium tomorrow. Where are some places I can take him to?
What are some things I should take him to see?

Since I live in NYC, everything seems the same to me (no excitement at all lol) but, I'm guessing my friend is going to want to see the best of NYC. So, any suggestions? Thank you.

Everytime i come to Cairo i experience nervous breakdown from the traffic...i won't talk about people's behaviour, how are they driving, the zero tolerance, etc..
But i had this thought last week i was in Cairo (the thought hit me because of the job transfer to Cairo that i may accept, i m originally from Cairo but i left 7 years ago)
so here are the facts;
1. The streets' capacity are nearly the same. (im not sure but i guess the capacity to actual cars running are 300% more or something, correct me if i wrong)
2. The cars are increasing in nos. (IN)
3. The are no cars get (OUT), except the really crashed devastated ones.
4. The government officials seem have no proposed solution out of this situation, nor they seem even thinking about it..

I m afraid one day will come (and it will) all people would leave home with their cars and can never make it back home, i mean total paralysis! What do you think!?

it has been found by medical researchers that this chemical when contaminated with e coli virus and ingested can cause severe diarrhea and leads to death when not given proper medical treatment.Worst, even those made from China have been pulled out of store shelf,many of the beverages we may consume have large amounts of this chemicals. Will you sign a petition to ban this?

My husband and I are both in the US Army, he's already in Iraq and i leave in a few days. In April we're taking R&R.. which is leave for 15 days and we plan on going to Australia.. i've been trying to read up on things to do there.. preferably romantic(we haven't had a honeymoon...) but somewhat low cost. And i looked up hotels online too and didnt really get anywhere. I want the most for the least amount of money. And neither of us have ever been to Australia before. We don't even know the best place to go.. but were thinking probably Sydney.. it seems like a hott spot.. but i'd like something totally romantic that welcomes Americans!! Preferably close to the water also.. HELP PLEASE!!!

Need help planning a 14 day tour of Italy.
-Need suggestions on where to rent a car to travel from Rome to Amalfi and back (everything I found for 5 days is more then 45USD a day)
-Need recomendations on where to stay for the following: Rome 1 night, Naples 1 night, Capri 1 Night, Amalfi 3 nights, Florence 2 nights, Tuscany 2 nights, Venice 2 nights (200 USD a night will get too expensive for 14nights)
-Need advice on what the best method of Transportation (railpass, oneway train ticket) from Rome to Florance, Florance to Tuscany, Tuscany to Venice and then Venice back to Rome would be for the above itinerary.

Any input would be great. Advice from a local or someone who has been would be the best. Airfare is already booked and paid for can not change this trip now.
