Please define "nicer"? How nice the Chinese are? How nicer you expect the Thai would be so that they are considered as nicer than the Chinese?

I'm a Chinese and I've been to Thailand a few times, I think the Thai are very happy people, not as busy as the Chinese.

I think they are nicer when compare with some Chinese because Thai people always carry a simle on their faces.

Why don't you go to Bangkok, Chingmai ... to have a look and feel about it yourself!

China is a big country, Chinese from the north or the south act differently and look differently too. You can't compare them by asking whether they are "nicer"!

As someone who lives in Thailand and has spent a great deal of time in China and Hong Kong, I would have to say that they're both equally as nice. Thais will outwardly seem more friendly, and the Chinese seem to be more serious and more reserved, but I hate to generalize about either race. Both Thais and Chinese can be as nice as any people on earth, especially once you get to know them, and I've been treated like a king by people of both these countries. I can't say one is nicer than the other because that would depend solely on the one's you've met, and I certainly haven't met them all.

I shouldn't say Thai people nicer than any other people as it depends on each person but I can tell you most of Thai are very nice and friendly.

How can we compare Thai people to Chinese?
I'm Chinese breed and I was born in Thailand.
Thai and Chinese had many things similar such as family came first, joyfulness, hospitality, polite and faithful.

But I can say that Thai people will be honour to the guess and welcome you with smile till you have gone. Try to visit Thailand once, you can prove that I said.
