erlish???? Hong Kong and Singapore are safe, very safe for the whites or people from USA to travel.
Why you have to tell us your height? What makes the difference if you are shorter or taller in relate to this question?
I would suggest you to go to Bali (Indonesia), if you like surfing, resort, exotic food, etc.
I like Japan a lot and it is totally different from China, you would be impressed, I have been to many places from Nagasaki all the way to Nasu (2 hours drive from Tokyo - north), I enjoy both the countryside and the city views, the hotsprings, sakura and red leaves (maple leaves) and most of all the hospitality.
End of november is the great time for maple leaves trip, I highly recommend you to visit Kyoto where I love most. I have been to this city for 3 times and I still want to live in there for a few years in the future.

Never heard of "Oudhong" whatever that is.
India-Sri Lanka would be contrasting destinations/culture to China; so would countries like Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, S Korea, Japan - hey that's a lot of countries to check out. Places like Singapore, HongKong, Malaysia, Brunei, Pakistan, Bangladesh should be avoided - they are either watered down cultures or pose security risks for whites.
Try the basketball culture of Philippines; who knows you might end up as a coach or a player (depends how young you are) for a local team. Bon chance!
