There may be lot of controversies on who built it !
Normal history says it was financed by and initiated by Shahjahan when some group of people say it was a modified old Hindu temple. Who ever built it - the truth is its the most beautiful structure in the world built be human.
I have visited TAJ so many times, I never counted how many times. In future also I will keep on visiting it in every opportunity.

The fact that Taj Mahal has been voted as one of the 7 wonders of the world is a testimony that large number of people like Taj Mahal.

What is the matter? That is the only item from India selected
( voted) as one of the seven wonders of the world. If you have not liked it , that may be because your visit was not properly conducted. If you happen to go again take a good (informed ) guide you will change your opinion.
