Usually pasar malams sorta 'travels' from estates to estates.
However, u may wanna check out Bugis Village, opposite Bugis Junction.
When special celebratiosn come up, such as Chinese New Year and Deepavali, you can find pasar malams at Chinatown and Little India (Serangoon Rd) respectively.

pasar malam aka night mkt/ bazaar can be found in the districts of heartlands every now & then, these caravans of night bazaars appear quite randomly (operative for approximately 2wks or more, sometimes small scale (15-20 stalls), sometimes larger scale (25-30stalls or more).... now with the lunar 7th month (hungry ghost festival) ongoing, u might find some neighborhoods hosting such night bazaars.
however, if u're merely just seeking markets/bazaars that are operating in the evenings, u can still find plenty of life going on; available in geylang serai (malay village), serangoon road (little india), bugis village, chinatown... etc.

I lived in Bedok... recently I just went to Pasar Malam next to Bugis MRT station.. And I think it just end.. So are the others two at Bedok... One next to Bedok MRT Station another at Chai Chee (along Bedok North Road)... Both just end as well...
I think the next Pasar Malam should be in Chinatown... Where people start to celebrate Lantern Festival... And Geylang Serai (next to Malay Village)...and Kampong Glam open field opposite Bugis Junction... to celebrate Hari Raya Puasa

i think of there continues to be one next to Bugis village or Bugis junction, final time i replaced into there (basically some 3 hundred and sixty 5 days in the past) I definately visited a pasar malam on the earlier from the cinema :) in case you elect to purchase clothing there the changing rooms are relly small so positioned on something you likely can take off and positioned on. desire that helps.
