Melbourne is just like any other large city, it has lots of advantages and lots of disadvantages, almost all of them relating to the fact it is a city. It has a diverse population, interesting shopping and great roads. It's somewhat divided along ethinic and class lines, and the weather can be extreme, but anyone who has ever had a northern wnter would probably feel it's nice and mild.

If you live in Melbourne you'll find lots to do and see, it has a special history and culture all its own.

If you don't like it, there are other places to go!

cheers :-)

An advantage is the cultural diversity, but the downside is also that. There are parts of Melbourne that make you feel like you've left Australia completely!

connex tries its proper, yet will continuously have late trains popular, maximum suburbs are nicely serviced with trains and buses the indoors city suburbs have trams the hazards could be delivery at night, in terms of risk-free practices, fee could be severe for a working guy or woman who travells on a daily basis on $15 an afternoon and a few suburbs want delivery and merely dont have it!
