I am looking for a way to sell my flat (apartment) located in Chennai, India. I live in the US and I want to find a buyer also living in the US to facilitate an easy transaction. Does anyone know of any websites for non-resident Indians that list property in India? I'd rather not pay for ads. All advice is welcome. Thanks.

Very Simple. You go through one of the web sites showing The Hindu news paper of any SUNDAY - Chennai Edition and go through the Classified Ads pages and look for Ads on Real Estate. You will get good clue for further action. Good Luck!
