I've been offered a job at an American company based in Amsterdam.I've never been there and I just want to ask you to tell me something about that place.Pros and cons.I'm from italy and since there isn't a the Netherlands section,I'm posting this question in the UK one.

Being British first and English second I just find the guy a repugnent impident rabble rouser. Coarse nationalism as given out by the Scottish Nationalists is retrospective and unrealistic in this modern day. They want to cut off from England, just to cosy up to the European Union, work that out? (Apart from the money they'd rake in from Brussels in the process).From our side of the boarder it just shrieks of bitterness. Get over yourself, pillock! By the way I love Scotland and Wales and Northern Ireland, they're all our homes too.

Ok,I posted this same question yesterday and among all the answers I got,many of them said that it depends on where I am from.
I'm from Northern Italy.Now I'm just curious to see your answers because personally I cannot see what difference makes where I am from.

Does anyone know where I can buy ram chips (P193 I think?) for my P3 desktop computer?
I have asked around, and people look at me like I am crazy and say, "Why would you want to upgrade? Buy a new computer." I know that this is the Taiwanese shopping mentality, but seriously, there must be a place that sells ram chips, etc... for a P3.

We live in California and my husbands job is relocating to Charlotte NC. We know nothing about the area! Can anyone tell me what its like there. What are some good areas. Mooresville, Stanley, Cornelius, Matthews, Midland, Kanapolis, Gastonia. those are just some of the places that I have seen on the map and used realtor.com to see what the homes were like. BUT although they may look nice - what is the area like? Also someone had mentioned that it is expensive there??? I dont understand that - coming from California it looks rather cheap to live there. My Budget for a good hotel room is 6 - 7000 Rupees per night. I need a good - well kept hotel in Delhi. Please provide me recommendations along with contact details or websites so I can talk to them.

I would prefer recommendations from people who have stayed there or live in Delhi and know these hotels through experience.

I am also going to have a customer of mine stay at the same hotel with me - so I need a really nice place.

My budget however is limited as indicated above.
