I have a stepdaughter with that agency , started with them at age 16, she's an adult now.and still is with them. They do sign on young children also.

First of all- the abbreviation for Colorado is CO, not cl (that's Cragislist.org!)

Can't help you with the child modeling agency thing. Try craigslist!
