i plan on moving to england within the next five years or so but i dont know where to move to. i live in america and i like new york, california, and florida. i want to live near a large city that is culturally diversed. i've heard that manchester, york, and liverpool are great cities to live in. any opinions on these cities or any others. thanks!

I'm going to N.Y.C. fo four days, what are some good ideas for souvenirs? I need one for my mom, dad, sister who is 11 years old, and grandparents? I also would like to buy some stuff for myself. I usually like to price compare and always say that I will find stuff cheaper. I basically need a picture of what I'm looking for and get an idea of the price range. That way I won't end up getting nothing, I need you suggestions.

Tips/Advice for Night Clubs in Las Vegas?

So I'm taking my girlfriend to Vegas for her 21st birthday (should be fun right?). Anyway, I plan to try and hit up some of the bigger night clubs for dancing I hear Pure, Tryst, and Tangerine are sure things. Just wanted to hear some advice/tips on clubbing in Vegas mainly:

1) how to get in (do I need to buy those expensive VIP club passes, or what time should I show up so I don't end up waiting in line for 3 hours)? Sadly I don't have $100 to spare tipping a bouncer.
2) proper dress (i'd most likely end up wearing a button shirt and nice jeans, i'm sure she'll find something appropriate).
3) any other suggestions?

Is the Aladdin Casino in Vegas still under construction, and any other tips?

I just booked a vacation package to go to Vegas the last weekend of Febuary to stay in The Aladdin, and I just realized that they may be undergoing construction...just curious if it still is undergoing underconstruction and/or what people may have done to get a room where the construction may not be a huge issue (closed elevators/noise/dust/poor water pressure/etc)..Hopefully without spending any extra $$$. Is Iran safe for Irish people to travel through?

Hey, myself and a few mates are thinking of attempting to travel from east asia (south korea, north korea, china ( and nepal, tibet etc)), to india, pakistan, etc. back to eastern europe (up to turkey). We know people who have had experience travelling in various countries that would be on our course, but we dont know anyone who s travelled through Iran.
I would like if Iranians or people who have travelled through the region, to let me know is it safe for a group of Irish people to travel through the country. Also, one of my colleagues (who is american) would like to join the trip, would he have any problems?
I know this may be a silly question, but an insights would be greatly appreciated.
