Travel - 26 September 2006

My fiance and I have decided we want to get married in Mexico. One big problem we don't know where to go. We have about 30 people going but no destinations. We want to go to an all incusive resort, have a wedding, and have it cheap as possible. The point of not having it here in town is to SAVE money. I tried to go to a travel agent and got nowhere. I need to hear from people that have done destination weddings and how they planned it all. Any help would be appreciated.

I have no real idea so i'd like to know which would be best, she has certificates in child care so can work in that and is moving in with me upon arrival, and yes I would be prepared to "sponser" her on a partner visa.
