I had planned to stay with friends in Patmos for a week in August. They have changed plans and now I am stuck with my flight to Athens with no idea on what to do ( departure August 9th).
I'd like to go to a quiet island. I have found no accomodation in Patmos at this time.Possibly a rustic place with as little tourist attractions as possible. Thanks for any help you can give me!

I heard that there is an interactive class that you can sign your kid up for called chef goof I think. Were they go and make some sort of food. I seen a child with a chef hat on holding a small box the last time we went in October, but it was to croweded for me to ask his parents. If 40,000 Canadians were in Lebanon, many of them tourists, it just makes me wonder how many other people go back to their "homeland" to vacation. We have such wonderful thigs to see and do in Canada. Our natural beauties and our cultural events are delightful. Too bad we can't attract more Canadians to our recreational and cultural events.

Im a 29 yr old SF thinking about moving to Boston suburbs.
I dont have to be too close to the city, half an hour by mass transit would be okay.
I do want a safe, upscale town that offers good shopping nearby.
I dont want to rent and would like to buy small home for myself.
