I would go to craigs list in Chicago... Craigs List you can find or ask for anything for free.... Its CraigsList.com and then on the right side of the page you can click on Chicago... it will bring you up on a page that has everything from personals to getting a job to finding things for your apartment for free to finding apartments that are in a nice neighborhood...
