My friends and i are thinking about going camping, we're all 17. are there specific laws that will not allow us to get a spot because we are underage?

I'm going camping tomarrow on the river and I need to know some good food to bring. I dont want to do much cooking or preparing. Just some easy good stuff other than the normal hot dogs, chips and smores. Also I have a cooler but things dont stay as cold as a fridge so I kinda feel limited since I dont want the food to go bad.

My boyfriend and I are going tenting this summer. I am having trouble coming up with ideas for food to take with us. At the most, we will have cooking utensils and a mini fridge plugged into his truck. At the least, cooking untensils and a cooler. Any ideas?

I'm looking for a nice place to go hiking for a few days. Looking for a unique area that is fishing accessible and that would have a waterfall. I live in Illinois and I'm looking to take a trip out of state but somewhere close like Wisconsin or Michigan. Any ideas would be helpful.

Need advise. We are looking for a large tent to camp in for 2+ weeks. We also want to have air conditioning in the tent.

It will be in July so the weather will be VERY hot.

I am going camping for a few nights next week at a campground that isn't the safest in the world, not like we have to worry about humans, but rather coyotes and the like. The park manager said no guns, so what can we have that is concealable to prtect purselvs against coyotes and the like.

I've used "Off" and "Cutter" brands but both didn't' impress me, I still got bit up a lot. What annoy me most are those tiny bugs that like to fly straight into my face!

I know I need a tent, flashlight, batteries, grilling foods and snacks, toiletries, pillows, bug spray... blah blah blah

Any suggestions on foods to make. I know burgers and hotdogs, sandwhiches, breakfast foods, corn and potatoes...
Just want to make sure I dont forget anything.

Maybe some helpful tips. We are camping in a forest, no bathrooms, showers.. we have to poop in a hole :(

I live about an hour south of Sacramento and am looking for a place to camp the weekend before 4th of July. I know most places are booked but I am looking for something more along the lines of scenery and atmosphere rather than attractions and activities. I don't have a preference whether it be in the mountains or near the coast but I have friends coming from Portland and I will be bringing my two young daughters. If anybody could help me find something along these lines I would appreciate it......I really enjoy places that are well shaded and have a secluded/nature feel as some camp sites in California do not.
