How can remove that kind of chain from the bike to replace it? It has no master link and chain pin remove tool cannot push any pin out. My chain has become long and I wish to replace it. Any clue how? Thanks

i'm buying disc brakes later this week and i've narrowed it down to the avid BB7's or Juicy5's. i do trials, dirt jumping, and somewhat downhill, i have a hardtail and i weigh 160 pounds. should i go for the hydraulic ones or mechanical, cuz i've heard good things about both of them but that hydraulics have more stuff that could go wrong. can anyone help me out?

Thinking about purchasing a Deda Zero 100 Servizio Corse Stem.

The clamp size is 31.7. I have a 31.8 carbon bar.

Will the stem work with my bar or do Deda stems only work with Deda bars?

Thanks.

I would like to start biking to get back into shape. Is it better for my body to work out in the early morning "before work" or going for a bike ride when I get home (after dinner)?

I need to change the cassette on my MTB, I have an 8 speed 12/28, but i can only find a 7 speed 12/28. Would the only difference be not having 8th gear? or would it cause a problem shifting? thanks for any help

Was thinking about getting some to replace my FastTraks...
Are they suitable for front and rear use?

Or can you recommend something similar for fast XC riding?

It seems to me that considering just friction and gravity, the heavier rider would actually coast slower.
Please straighten me out on this because several of my bar room buddies seem to think the opposite.

I just bought a new road bike a month ago, and every day passes iam getting more attracted to biking. Is there any training course i need to take? if there is, is it useful or it's just waste of time ? Or, maybe you could recommend me a book about cycling.

Hi,

I recently purchased a new freeride bike for doing 360's, backflips etc and it came with dirt jumper forks by marzocchi. I want to go abit bigger to the new Marzocchi Z1 RC2 ETA Bomber Suspension Fork 2007 and was wondering if it is possible to upgrade from 130mm dirt jumper forks to these 150mm Z.1's. I believe the stem posts are the same at 6" and would the frame handle it. most of all i wanted to know if I could switch them? would it be possible?

They blow through stops signs and traffic lights, they ride on crowded sidewalks, they ride against the traffic on one-way streets or on the wrong side of the street. All the above are illegal but they don't care. Why?

Three questions:

Which stages are most anticipated this year? (I want to watch a couple of the best with my girlfriend... just need to know when to make the trip (90 miles by bike :D) to see them with her)

Where can I find any kind of accessible information for someone who's very interested but doesn't know much about it?

and

What's going on with Levi Leipheimer? Wasn't he supposed to make a very strong showing?
