No. The TdF is part of the men's Pro Tour. Women have their own events. Much like the WNBA and other women's sports, it isn't particularly popular,

Women compete in the equivalent stage race called La Grande Boucle Feminin. It used to be called Tour Cycliste Feminin, or the "Women's Tour de France".
