Two ways will work.

You can use an extraction bit. Which requires you to drill out the head of the bolt so the bit can get a solid bite in the head to unscrew it.

Or take a dremel tool with a cutting disc on it. Cut the top of the bolt so you can fit a large straight screw driver into the top and have at it with a big screw driver. This has even worked with locked in disc brake bolts.

Remember these aren't allan bolts, they are a torx bolt. If you keep using an allan wrench on these you are just going to keep striping them out. In the future you are going to need a T25 Torx wrench for your disc brakes.

Good luck

A good shop will be able to get it out. Basically, you need a tap with reverse threads. They thread this into the top of the bolt counter clockwise and don't stop until the bugger comes out. Another way to do it is to cut a straight grove in the top of the bolt with a hacksaw and then use a broad headed flat head screwdriver to get it out. There are a lot of tricks, but best let someone who knows what they;re doing have a wack at it.

sometimes you can put the alan key in and take a hammer and tap it in as it makes some new grooves for it just enough to come out. lube it up before you do this though but don't lube the alan key head part. the reason for this is it could snap inside and you don't want that to happen lol.

if it doesn't work then take it to a local bike shop. i'm sure they can get it :)

Do you have get admission to to skill kit? of direction, i won't be able to work out the heads, so i won't be able to tell how badly they're broken, yet you ought to purchase a hex wrench that's purely a splash too great and then grind the six aspects down a splash at a time till it is going to easily bypass into the pinnacle a tiny bit. Then prepare a stress in the unscrewing direction on an identical time as tapping on the wrench with a hammer. in case you are able to stress the hex wrench into the socket head a splash and save attempting to instruct the bolt, you probable gets it out. in case you understand somebody with a welder which you have confidence, get them to weld some thing into the pinnacle which you would be able to turn with a pair of vice grips. I even have by no skill tried epoxy, yet some how, I doubt that could desire to artwork till the bolts weren't very tight in the beginning. As a final motel and in case you may income get admission to to a large area of the bolt shank after the canopy is bumped off, you are able to desire to drill the pinnacle off, eliminate the canopy and attack the bolt with the vice grips. I knew a fellow that swore you are able to desire to apply a left hand drill bit, yet I even have by no skill considered one. you might have the skill to purchase an ordinary Out that could desire to take the bolt out, yet I even have by no skill had a lot luck with ordinary outs. in case you have get admission to to rather of the pinnacle, you are able to desire to decrease a fit in the pinnacle with a dremel and use a at as quickly as slot screwdriver to instruct it out. through fact you would be changing the canopy besides, it is going to probable help to warmth the bolt with a propane torch to make it come out much less complicated. save the torch faraway from gas and oil.
