I would choose Chipmaker because he seems more diverse and multi-faceted. Bill James only knows baseball.

My private school is very small without a JV or Varsity team. My favorite sport is baseball and i'm trying to get noticed by scouts as sone as possible, but thats kinda hard without playing. So i'm trying to play for the huge highschool down the street i have talked to the coach's there since i was in middle school they have seen me play and called me several times about coming to the school (So making the team isn't a problem). I have tryed talking to my athletic director (who is never at school and seems not to care at all) so now im trying to contact the right person under GHSA GA high school athletic
association, but there website is very confusing im looking for an address or contact number that i can use to contact the appropriate person for this situation.

It's been a long time now, yet the two MLB leagues have different rules! Should there be a Designated Hitter or not? It's time to consolidate!

What's really annoying is that during the playoffs, I heard not one announcer suggest that the league rules be unified. Nor one newspaper story.

What do you think?

Any Cubbies fans out there? Personally, I love the Cubs, but it seems like more people bash them than anything else. (Maybe that has something to do with the fact that I live in Nebraska and wear Cubs gear on Husker game day...) Anyways, just looking to hear that everyone loves the Cubs, even on their off days! The Minnesota Twins offered outfielder Torri Hunter a three year contract worth $45 million. Hunter has been a solid player for the Twins for nine years. Why won't the Twins offer him the five year contract that he desires? Any ideas or inside knowledge on this subject?
