All the solid young players with a season under their belt. They are only going to get better with Torre at the helm.

I hope Frizzer and no1nyyfa55 are right. I have doubts. Torre wasn't such a hot manager before NY and let's face it, the Yankees were bound to win some games with their players. Now, he DID get those millionaires to play and leave the egos at home, but can he hack it with a good but not packed team? After the 2004 playoffs in which Terry Francona managed Joe right out of the pin stripes, I have my reservations.

Frizzer is on it again --- thumbs up. Don't forget that Mattingly would love to be on a bench next to Torre. He's done with the Yankees, and it wouldn't surprise me to see him in Dodger Blue. Make him the hitting coach and watch those young players improve. Don't waste him as a bench coach.

is the question Dodger Fans?

because the answer would be: what Dodger fans? When I go to the hellpit at Chavez I see beach ball fans, and Wave fans, and all-you-can-eat pig intestine fans, but I don't see anybody who's paying attention or seems to give a crap what's happening on the field. Except visiting fans, of course.
