I pitch for the NPLL Chicago White Sox. I need to get more strikes. If you know some good pitches or how to get it in the strike zone better. Please Answer.

this is a great way to throw strike when u pitch watch the strike zone and keep ur body square then bring ur arm over the top but watch the glove the whold time and dont move ur head at all

Well with that little of information the best answer you are going to get is practice.... but some general tips are to mark out (use tape chalk or something that comes off for crying out lous) on a brick structure the size of "your strike zone" and practice untill you can divide it into four seperate boxs with a cross in the middle and know which one you are going to hit
