Any Cubbies fans out there? Personally, I love the Cubs, but it seems like more people bash them than anything else. (Maybe that has something to do with the fact that I live in Nebraska and wear Cubs gear on Husker game day...) Anyways, just looking to hear that everyone loves the Cubs, even on their off days! CUBBIES!!! Only the best team in baseball. They do get bashed but it's mostly by people that are sour because they know if their team hadn't won a World Series in 100 years they wouldn't have the loyalty we do and the amount of fans we have.
Can't wait for '08!

Yeah your wearing cubs gear on Husker game day probably explains the bashing. But I think you get more bashing because A. The Cubs haven't won a WS in 99 years (I'm seriously thinking that they'll win it after 101 years that would be hilarious) and B. Because their are many St. Louis Cardinal fans and their is a fun rivalry between the fans of the two teams.
Hehe Sorry but that's how I feel when people use the C word. Terrible feeling I know. :)

I love the cubs. Anytime i see someone wearing cubs gear, my heart skips a beat and i think i'm in love... whether it is a guy or a girl

I'm going to mention the Cardinals, because I'm a Cardinals fan, but I was still cheering for the Cubs to beat the Diamondbacks. It's sad that the Rockies had to do it for them.
