Musial is alive and 86 years old. He was signing at shows in the 1990's and it sure sounds like you have something with his signature.

You need to take the items to an authorized memorabilia dealer to check out the authenticity. Stan "The Man" has always been gracious in giving autographs, but you need to make sure it is real unless you were a witness to the autograph, have a COA from a reputable company or have a history of the item if it has been handed down through your family.
