I know I'm in the hunting area, but I figured I'd get more authentic recipes here than in the cooking section.
I'm going to cook Brunswick Stew in the cast Iron Pot over an open fire & gas burner for Christmas eve. Does anyone have a good recipe. Most likely I'll use chicken, venison and pork.

the Ravens this week. I believe he will prove hisself and

It comes with all of the original furniture and what you see in picture minus laser sight. It needs a new clip release because the clip falls out. If its not a great deal then I'm not sure if I want to drop that much on it. I am looking to get back into recreational shooting but I also want to make a worthwhile investment.

It seems like Budweiser is bad karma, it's not working too good for Kasey Kahne and he hasn't even started his season in his new red car. I wonder how Kasey Kahne will do in the red #9 Dodge of Budweiser.

I know it is not a competitive pace, but this is a personal goal. I want to be able to run a 5k at an 8 minute mile pace. I did cross country my senior year and remember running 7 miles at an 8 minute mile pace. I'm not looking to run that far at a set pace just yet, and I don't ever want to be that thin again (24 pounds lighter than I am now), but would not mind losing up to 13 pounds.

Treat me as if I'm a beginner. I will be playing tennis twice a week and taking a 50 minute kick-boxing type class at least once a week.

Should I start out just trying to do 1 mile runs at the pace? Finishing 2 miles (which is probably about my limit these days) and work toward an 8 minute pace, then adding distance? A mix of long and slow, short and quick? I just did what my coaches told me back in the day, and need direction now - 3 times/week?

I work at a gym and live in Alabama so I have equipment when I need it and it's not as painfully cold for outdoor runs as Idaho.

In hockey, the puck travels very very very fast. For goalies, they have a slight advantage, that being that everything around them is white (boards, ice) and the puck is black and heavy rubber. For the other players, shooting percentage is very very low. On average, a player scores on only about 10% of their shots. Despite this, it is said that hitting a major league pitch in baseball is the hardest thing to accomplish in sports. The latter is done quite more than scoring a goal in hockey. From experience, which is harder?

The ones that have those dorks asking the coach questions are so lame and unrealistic its pathetic. And coors light sucks, too. If I was a sports reporter, I would tell those guys to shut up and scram.
