Really more info about the bike would be helpful but generally you have coolant which is in the radiators. Front of the bike by the gas tank.
Oil tank, could be in the frame or in the engine case. Where your dipstick is located could be virtually anywhere. Many different manufactures put it in different locations.
Gas goes, well, in the gas tank.
Brake fluid - you can check it by locating the reservoir on the handlebars (front brake) near the right grip. Rear brake reservoir is usually on the right side of the bike above the right foot peg.
Fork fluid is in the forks. No way to check that unless you know how to service the forks properly.
Other fluids?..... I cant think of others

gas--- gas tank
oil--- tranny
fork oil---- forks
anti freeze-- radiator
brake fluid--- brake resevoirs
shock oil-- rear shock
swingarm fluid--- rear swingarm assembly
throttle cable oil--inside the throttle cable
