I recently enrolled my son in Martial Arts. What is the going rate? The studio is charging $195.00 a month. They told me that covers 3 1 hour long group classes a week and one private hour long lesson a week? Is this a fair price?

I have been running for almost a year now. I run about a mile and a half to two miles, three times a week. I can never seem to make it anymore than that, I get too tired. So, how do marathon runners make it several miles or more?

There are a lot of questions on here about the Patriots and what they will do with their first round pick from the 49ers. And alot of people are very quick to say how they got their first round pick taken away. That's true... they got THEIR first round pick taken away... the one that would come at the end of the first round of the draft. They didn't take the first round pick that we acquired from the 49ers this year. I think it's hilarious too... because it was this big punishment and now the Patriots... the best team in the league are gonna end up with a top 5 pick in the NFL Draft... a team that most likely will win the superbowl will be getting a top 5 draft pick! The rich only get richer! HAHA. Hilarious! Let the hate continue... I just eat it up now.

I love NASCAR!!!!! But whenever people talk about it to me, they are always like, "so this weekend you'll be watching cars make left turns." And they say it's EASY!!! You need durability, 42 cars around you going 200 mph., and changing track conditions! It's harder than it looks! Do people do this to you as well?

I admittedly am a die-hard Patriots fan, and I get so sick of people saying that if the Pats go undefeated and win the Super Bowl, they deserve an asterisk next to their record. I believe that people who believe this are living in a dream world, and aught to wake up and see the NFL for what it really is.

The NFL is chock full of controversy, players testing positive on drug tests, the whole Micheal Vick situation, and any number of arrests that have happened outside the field on game day, so why target the Pats? I know the answer but I don't have space to go into it here. All I am asking for this question is read this article, and I want all those Pats haters out there to tell me whether the Broncos deserve (*)'s next to their records, because they circumvented the salary cap, isn't that also cheating???

im a beginner in martial arts, actually im not even taking any classes, im trying to teach myself. i recorded a couple of kicks and some shadow boxing. can you take a look at it if you know about martial arts and tell me what you think. but remember, i dont have any experience with any type of martial arts except for tae kwon do when i was like 4-5.
i think i have a pretty strong back kick, please correct me if im wrong.
and on the first 360 roundhouse kick that i slowed down, do you think it was pretty good for learning it that day?

of course itz been a wired up and down year in wrestling it started out very poor and after the whole benoit tragedy the roids thing every news channel going after wrestling Vince fake death gone wrong and wrestlers getting suspended the disaster that is ECW now and the low ratings for Raw and Tna signing Pacman bad signings for TNA like Test and Rikish Scott Hall and doing a no show at Turning Point the saga that is the HOGAN FAMILY and we cant forget about Hornswoggle McMahon the worst storyline ever but other then that itz been not that good but it does seem that Y2J did SAVE US from the worse year in wrestling who agrees

You can't be giving up 25+ points a game and expect to make it to the Superbowl. The offense is great but hopefully they can shore up the secondary. I am not dogging them but despite their 12-1 record its a different ballgame in the playoffs. Just my honest assessment.
