my dad really loves basketball and he says he would love for me to move up im a 8th grader and can already dunk it im 6 foot 3 and my dad wants me to move up to like 12th grade what do i do?

Lets say Lita comes out attacks some ramdom diva maybe Mickie cause thats who Lita last feuded with. and then trish and sunny come out to help mickie and attack lita.
3 face divas stand tall while lita gets humulated again.

I want to start training for a 10 mile run that will happen in May of next year. Right now I'm running about 2.5 miles on the treadmill every other day at about 10 minute miles, I know, not that good right now. Can anyone recommend a good training regimen/schedule that will help me succeed in running the 10 miles? thanks

My husband just turned 26.. he is really really good at ice hockey.. he never went to college though he just started working after high school.. i told him he should go try out for a college team.. do you think he is too old? also we live in cali, it would be best for him to try out for a team in cali although they are not really known for ice hockey, would it be woth it for him to try out and make a divison II team ??

The Patriots continually get bashed for the taping w/o knowing the facts .. AND there was nothing on the tapes that would help in any way .. and now that they are not using "cameras to cheat" , they continue to win ... will the useless whiners stop writing crap here and find out what the facts are & the reason for the taping ... now that the NFL destroyed the tapes, because there was something they did not want the public to see...
just support your team & stop putting crap here ... tell us why your team is winning or losing and why you support them .. nothing wrong with that

Last year my husband started to take his running really seriously and started entering races and training really hard. He has been in a bunch of 5Ks and two half marathons and he is really enjoying himself. What would be a great gift to get him that would aid him in his training? For his birthday and Father's Day I got him a Garmin and a subscription to a running magazine. Do those "Nip-Guard" things work or do bandaids work as well? Also, what can he use for chafing? Thanks.
