I have a bad shin splint from running. although it has gotten better in the last 4 weeks, i'm still no where near running again. I feel like it's taking to long to heal. Any advice?

The only angle that matters in that case is the top-down shot. It clearly showed NO white space between the goal line and the puck. Thus, it had NOT crossed the line.

The front angle was USELESS, as you will see white space if the puck is tilted up, even if the puck has not fully crossed the line yet.

I was reading an article about the new family of WSM cartridges introduced a few years back.

It said that the objective was to create a family of cartridges that are capable of being chambered in a "short action" rifle vs. a "long action". What does this mean with respect to a bolt action rifle?

What is the difference and what is the advantage of one over the other?

Like at the racetrack,everyone picks their favourite ,on the home turn the pack forms then the bolter emerges, wins, then all the theories come out as to why it was a chance. I 'm thinking the AFL bolter could be Brisbane . Nationals receive - Lastings Milledge
Mets receive - Ryan Church and Brian Schneider
Milledge is supposed to be a beast of an OF while Church will never be anything great as he is 29 and I didn't see the logic in trading Milledge for a catcher when they just got a catcher before. Why not trade Milledge for a top catching prospect instead of veterans that won't make that big of an impact? Am I wrong? Your thoughts please.
