confident, they have a wager. yet verify to not decide by ability of the checklist. this is consumer-friendly to get excited approximately that,,,,i don't blame you. yet maximum of communities have had solid information and got here up short in the playoffs. The San Jose Sharks spring to suggestions. for my area, i think of it's going to come all the way down to the Sharks and the Blackhawks in the west. I ought to %. San Jose this 365 days. next 365 days I actual have the Blackhawks going to the Cup. and doubtless turning out to be the subsequent dynasty. this question gets asked a lot this 365 days seeing how solid they have completed and how a techniques they went final 365 days. i don't intend to make it sound like i'm against Chicago going everywhere, I only elect to be life like approximately it. I actual have watched hockey because of the fact the overdue 1980's and have seen maximum of loopy issues take place in the playoffs. communities which you will on no account nonetheless attain the finals, make it there. Take Detroit case in point. It took them awhile to recover from the hump. They gained some Presidents trophies and nevertheless could not do it. Then ultimately they broke by. The NHL isn't the only interest that we see that in the process. The NBA, NFL, and MLB have seen the comparable subject. seem on the Colts. each 365 days they seem on suitable of the league. yet, they only been to a minimum of one Superbowl in the Peyton Manning era. The NBA has seen the Suns get solid information each 365 days, and that team has on no account gained an NBA championship. The extra cutting-edge era of the Pistons basically seen one championship. The Braves went to the playoffs 14 years right this moment and basically gained one worldwide sequence. on the type to absolutely answer your question, confident, they have a wager. yet have relaxing staring at this team. are not getting discouraged in the event that they don't win it this 365 days. they have a vivid destiny. I desire them the main suitable. and that's coming from a Wings fan.

Buyer beware, They are the surprise team of the year so far but can they keep this momentum going through those dog days of January and February. Kane and Toews may slip off and the might be a reason why Lang and Samsonov were throw aways for other teams.
I hope they make the playoffs I think the Central needs another legitimate team. Possible a 1st round upset but they need some more experience to make a serious run

You mean there are people who think that the Black Hawk's won't win?
Seriously, the young defence means that this team will be tooth and nail to make the playoffs.

NHL's Central Scouting has this year's Chicago team as a more talented team than last year's Pittsburgh team (which many non-Pittsburgh fans feel greatly overachieved), but still not in the top eight in their conference.
I still give the team another 2 years before I consider them a playoff threat, as for now, they are just a playoff contender.
Zap..................who needs to build a wagon? I believe the Sabres wagon can be had for cheap!

I'd just like to note that this is the first "can they win the cup" question I've seen directed at the Blackhawks.
Congrats to the long-suffering ChiHawk fans who now have something to pull, pray and cheer for...at last!!!
Don't want to get ahead of myself but, are those the early sounds of a wagon being built that I'm hearing in the background? LOL

They will beat the Red Wings in the playoffs and win the cup.
Is that 4 wins in a row over the Wings?

I think the Blackhawks will make the playoffs, but I can't see them winning more than maybe one round of the playoffs. I definitely don't see them winning the Western Conference finals.

The Hawks were my Dads FAV team (next were the Cubs)
First live game I ever saw with my Dad was a hockey game....my Dad has since passed, and with him looking down... LOL I'm sentimental, what can I say?

Chewbacca there reminds me of Joe Swanson from Family Guy. "Joe, will you ever get one (vasectomy)?" "NEV-EEEERRRRRR!!!"
I honestly don't think that they will win the Cup. I'm a small fan of them (just because I have Toews and Sharp on my fantasy team), but I think they'll be like similar to the Penguins of last year. Crosby and company just didn't have enough playoff experience to get past the first round, but the 'Hawks do have better veteran leadership than the Pens so I'm guessing second round exit.

no not this year, give them a few years and once they get a few kinks out and the star players played together awhile then they'll be a contender. I think they might make a first round exit
