As a Sox fan I hope that the Sox dont give up too much, especially Jacoby Ellsbury.Lester would be sad to lose because of the whole cancer tragedy and Bucholz has some great talent. I really dont care much for Crips.

There was a stud DE for U of Miami in the late 80'. Rusty Mederis (sp?). He was really good but injured his knee and was never the same. Anyone hear about him? What happened in his life since?

I have tried with both the Hepburn and Monbusho systems and jujutsu is the romanization that I come up with. Is there some archaic romanization system that I am not familiar with, or is it just a mistake?

I just popped into my fantasy hockey league and found out that the Bruins are playing the Islanders, and the Wild are playing the Jackets. I'm writing this at 12:48pm and the Bruins/Islanders game is already in the first intermission. Where's the logic in having this early? On black Friday even when people are in malls? Seeing as how I live in Toronto, I won't be able to watch any of these games, but are there even people in those arenas? Doesn't some of you Americans have to go to work? This really boggles the mind...

i just got a remington 700 .308 and i [lan on sighting it in with federal ammo but until i get used to the rifle i planned on shooting with some indian ammo from cheaperthandirt.com but ive been hearing mixed reviews on the ammo anyone have a good/bad expirience

After being knocked out of World Cup '06, Beckham and coach Erikson seemed to be blamed most for the loss. The management seemed to want to get rid of that "Swedish coach" and the "old poster boy".

In my opinion, it was a big mistake. Erikson was a fine coach and always got England far into the tournaments. And Beckham is the spiritual leader and "face" of England, even though he may be a little old and injured.

What do you guys think? Was new coach Mclaren and new captain Gerrard to blame for their not making to Euro 2008? In general, the team played very well (lots of 3-0 victories) but was just unable to make it. Bad luck? Or bad management?

If you notice, people that dont like Cristiano for SURE likes Lionel Messi, a nasty 5 foot tall argentine leprochuan with long unwashed hair. The reason for that is Lionel Messi makes you feel good about yourself just like Wayne Rooney, its like 'their rich and good but THEY ARE UGLY' so you feel a bit taller(literally, since its rooney and messi) But with Cristiano its like heres this 6'1 model looking pretty boy that belongs on a runway but is destroying all these 'MANLY athletes' you dont feel so good. Just like the way people use to hate becks when he was with man Utd, cuz he was goldenballs and you know he makes your girl wet. Now Cristiano is simply Becks with step overs and more goal scoring abilities. And no its not the reason he plays for Man Utd, Cristiano can play for Barca or Real, the hate will continue because of his looks.

For me, it's to visit every ballpark in America, including Shea Stadium and Yankee Stadium before they're torn down next year. After that, it's to visit the Hall of Fame.
