Dallas. Because their offense is more explosive.

Neither, the only one that has a shot is the COLTS. We saw how Romo and the boys did against the PATS. And I dont think that GB is any better than Dallas. The Colts have the only legit shot at taking down Brady and Co. They just about did it last month, and remember that was without Marvin Harrison and their left tackle Hugo (sp???). Those guys will be back when we meet them in Foxboro in January. And I believe they have a shot. Dungy is the only coach that can match the brains of Belecheat, and he does it the right way.

Dallas had their shot at home and lost by 21 pts... so no they cannot do it.
The Packers D is VERY close to the Patriots D. They both only run the ball when they need to. They throw the ball almost through the whole game. The Packers Defense is hard to go against. Driver, Jones, Robinson,Jennings,Martin and RB Grant who played like a WR's . All these players are able to make the nastiest catches and not fumble. They try to gain some yrds. So they could give the Patriots a run for their money. I don't see how they could score double digits on the Packers with that Defense. Packers have a better chance.
Oh and the packers corners are playing solid with Woodson and Harris.

I think Dallas has the better shot at beating NE simply because they've already played them. Green Bay is great and so is Dallas, but I give the edge to Dallas. More weapons offensively and defensively.

well let's see I'm assume you mean if they just happen to meet in the regular season so I'll answer... NEITHER. There is not one NFC team in the league that can beat that team right now. I am saying this because although Green Bay's defense has appeared to be good you have to look at who have already played. I am a Colts fan but you have to real and give credit where credit is due. They are very good- doesn't mean that they are the best team- they are good. One teams prove absolutely nothing- it meant for that one day.
But seriously I truly think that there is not one NFC team that can beat the Patriots right now. Last Saturday I would've said that Steelers but Sunday's game was too close. Gonzalez's return obviously made us stronger last night so may be able to add my Colts back up there soon. But hey a win is a win- doesn't matter how you do it.
============================================
Now let's just see if you just happened to be referring to the Super Bowl in the question, then your question then your question is irrelevant because our Colts will be returning to the title game. We can obvious hold down that Patriots (24 points- less if we held the lead) and we don't even have Marvin back.

I would say Green Bay.
Dallas has a weak secondary compared to other elite teams, the pass happy Pats can exploit this rather effectively as their 5 straight scoring drives proved. They also held the Cowboys to 10 second half points, making adjustments to compensate for the Dallas attack. Dallas gave up more points after halftime then before, unable to slow the Pats.
The Pack has a weak running game but that should improve as Grant gains experience, and their 5 wide offense might be enough to spread the older Pats linebackers out and allow them to take advantage of speed mismatches.
Without seeing them head to head it'll be impossible to tell for sure, but the Pack would be my choice.

Neither the only way the Pats will lose is if Bradys injured. Like in the last gm of the yr in a contest vs. the Gianst when they're up 49-0 in the forth and Brady tries a QB sneak on
4th and Goal ad tears his ACL. They lose to Tennessee or San Diego in the 1st playoff gm. Otherwise they're actually unstoppable. It sucks

Really tough call and we will have a better idea when Green Bay and Dallas go head to head. I would probably choose Dallas. If NE can shut down TO, Romo's other options aren't as strong as what Favre has. Favre has 4 or 5 solid options out wide. Also, the Packers Defense is looking good too. Gotta love the NFL!!!!!

Green Bay. I think they have a very well-balance attack and very good defense. You saw what happened to NE when they ran into a decent defense during the Colts game. I'm a Pats fan and I truly think GB could be their only season loss.

If you want the honest answer neither has a change. The patriots are to damn good for either of those teams and the Patriots will easliy beat the Packers and dominate against the Cowboys like earlier this season
Fantasy wise than go with the Cowboys, their one of the few teams that'll keep up with the Patriots because of their offense

Dallas had their "shot" and "missed", miserably.
The Packer's secondary is far better than Dallas', so I can only hope they do better.
I would'nt bet on a WIN, I only hope they make a "better showing" than the Cowboys.
