After the pats win over the colts, there is a small chance that the pats could go all the way this year without a single loss. But after thinking about it, would it be wise for Bill to win every single game? In the pats 3-outta-4 SB run, Bill always used the 'underdog' angle with his players and is known to strongly discourage players talking smack. He has used snide remarks from Freddie Mitchell from the eagles, and Vanderjagt ('ripe for the picking') and Marcus Pollard ('the league should just give us the rings') and used those remarks as motivation for the pats wins against those teams. If he lets the pats go undefeated, he is risking his star players by letting them play in games that mean nothing near the end of the season. In addition, the pats are going to be under a lot of pressure than usual to win their playoff games, because every1 knows that an undefeated season means nothing without a ring. Who thinks bill will go for undefeated, or use his head and rest his players?
