Sounds pretty stupid to me. Its a small city, a tiny sports market, with less than 600,000 people, not even half of them are Bosox Fans.

Boston, sure is the Nation of weird people.

My husband wants to go deer hunting when the season begins. This would be his first time hunting. We don't know what rifle to get. Is 30-30 a good choice? Or any other rifles that would be best for deer hunting?

I guess that happens when the Big Market teams such as LA and NY are not in the WS, and small town teams such as the Red Sox and the Rockies Series receives low ratings.

The Rockies were amazing though. NLCS certainly attracted mor e people than any Red Sox series.

He opted out I know but it doesn't neccessarily mean he'll want more money even tho he has the option to ask for more.

I know how he and Scot Boras have been in the past but lets think about it

what if he changes his attitude in the offseason and after thinking long and hard about what he has accomplished and thinks about just playing for a winning team

Hypothetically, what if he asks for less money and what if he signs up with another team for like 6 years 17- 20 million dollars a year that is pretty close to contending with a championship so that he can be accomodated in that team's payroll?

how would Yankee fans feel then?

I know the chances of that happening are mighty slim but lets be objective...what if he does that?

The trade makes little sense to me but the team who is supposed to be receiving Pronger in the deal is very upset that I vetoed it. I feel justified though because there is obviously a reason Pronger is rated 24 and Naslund is rated 110. Naslund is old and the back end of his career, Prongers probably going to do better in every category except for goals and he plays defense which makes him more valuable considering there are several wingers who will put up similar numbers to Naslund but only 1 or 2 defenseman who can match Pronger's output. The owner giving up Pronger has no hope of getting out of last place and is friends with the other owner.

Ok so I was thinking... How did Michigan jump from 25 to 12 by beating Minnesota? Did the pollsters do this to make the Ohio State vs Michigan game seem like two good teams are playing? Because I think Michigan is going to get run over by Ohio State, but I still don't think Ohio should be even close to #1?
