To answer your question is because the Broncos are playing high profile teams on Mondays. Folks want to see those teams (ala Brett Favre and the Packers). That's why.

Before the season, there was a good chance Favre would be playing to either tie or beat Elways record.
Denver was also expected to be pretty good this year. As for the Tennessee game, you have two of the top 3 QB's taken in last years draft and the SD game was seen as a critical end of year, division and playoff critical game.
The schedule is made based on what the NFL and MNF THINK is going to happen.

Because people love to see them eat it after a hard days work. Monday is the worst day for most people so they need something to help them relax and get into the swing of the rest of the week.

Becuase they have three games scheduled on Mondays this season and they call that Monday Night Football.

Yes, I agree with RSK. When you're sitting there watching them play, it's kinda like watching a train wreck or a grease fire. You wanna look away because you get tired of watching them get their butts kicked, and you kinda feel sorry for them, but you watch anyway because you wanna see what happens next.
